Neighborhood Update

Dear Beacon Hill Neighbors,

We hope you had an enjoyable Holiday Season and are enjoying the New Year. We want to provide a few neighborhood updates/reminders….

 Winter Reminders”:

Ø     Please do not park cars on the streets when snow is expected.  This will allow the plow service to provide better service to our streets.

Ø     It is each homeowner’s responsibility to shovel the sidewalk in front of their home.

Ø     Garage carriage lights must always be on at night.  This provides safety to our neighborhood.

Ø     It is also each homeowner’s responsibility to remove the snow from the front of your mailbox to avoid disruption in Mail service.

Snow continues to fall……

It goes without saying that we have been hit fairly hard this winter with much more snowfall than usual.  We want you to know that we are continuing to work with our contractor to ensure quality service.  If you have an issue or need to file a complaint about the snow removal company/service, please contact our management company, John P Carroll Company at 248-888-5050.

Quarterly Dues

Delinquent dues have continued to increase in number over the past year.  The Association asks any homeowner that is delinquent in quarterly dues to contact John P. Carroll Management Company to discuss payment optionsLate fees are added each month for any homeowner that fails to pay their quarterly dues.  However, contacting our management company to discuss options can help reduce late fees.

Contact our property manager, Cathy Dockery, at 248-888-5050.
